Murmelland Zillertal is easily accessible by car in an hour via the Zillertal High Alpine Road. Visitors of all ages find out more about nature here in the guise of real marmots, and their high-pitched calls, as they stick their cute little noses up into the air. However marmots are not the only creatures that you can marvel at here. Sheep, goats, rabbits and even two alpacas share a large run. Anyone who would like to get within touching distance can even go into the enclosure. The majority of the animals are really trusting and are happy to be petted. There is also a fantastic adventure play area at Murmelland on the Zillertal High Alpine Road. Be enchanted – by the wonderful animals and the fantastic play options available for your children.
