After all, it is here that visitors of all ages can learn everything about the hay milk from Zillertal mountain farms, how it is turned into cheese and other items and about a sustainable circular economy. From the delivery of hay milk to bottling, those who are interested can get an insight into the daily activities of this bottling facility. Find out everything about butter, yoghurt, cheese and other items live, via audio guides, information boards and films. In the exhibition dairy at Erlebnissennerei Zillertal at the ‘Genusslöffel’ you get to sample creamy yogurts. You will be won over by the quality and the unadulterated flavour. Watch the cheese makers at work and find out about the route these exquisite products take from packing, to then finally reach your table. Explorers of all ages can also head out on the mini tractor course and slide down what is likely the biggest hay milk jug in the world. The slide at the exhibition farm is actually modelled on that vessel. Animal insights at the Alpine dairy in Mayrhofen! ------------------------------------------------- In Erlebnissennerei Zillertal children and their parents can learn about the inhabitants of this exhibition farm, and see what it really means to care for animals. Along with Tyrolean grey cattle, clucking hens, hard-working bees and grunting pigs, inquisitive hay milk producing goats live here too.
